  They don't give you your deposit back! Awful experience. When you arrive they took ages to arrive and pick us up. Atrocious customer service and they take a deposit but don't refund it to pay it back despite writing to them with no responses! Managed to get this back via bank. The car was in a poor state, they also charge a lot more for a tank of fuel than it should be, about 30 euros extra when they hand you the vehicle. Avoid, when we return to gram Canaria we will share our experience.

  We intentionally wanted to leave the car at their airport office and paid more for that option already, but when renting the car learned that their airport office is not actually at the airport but 10 mins off, and they charged us additionally 25 euro for the transfer.

  Rented a car for a few days in July '17 - found the staff helpful and informative when trying to find places of interest on the island. It was my first time renting a car abroad and these have given me the confidence to do so again.

  Instead of giving us a small car (we rented Clio or similar) we got a big Skoda Fabia with almost 90.000 km mileage. The car was scratched all over and very used inside as well.

  Great value, and super easy to book online. Friendly staff aswell. I got a quite new vw with just about 12000km behind it.
